Return Policy

ORDER CANCELLATION

Your order can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. There will be cancellation charges i.e. 6% of the paid amount; the rest of the amount will be credited to the original method of payment. Please allow time for the credit to appear in your account.

However, after this time period no refunds are offered.

• We offer exchanges only if the product delivered is faulty or not according to the details provided.
• No exchanges on sale items unless we deliver the incorrect order.

To apply for a Refund against an order please email us your order # with product name, original proof of purchase receipt (proof of payment) and your complaint/reason/issue for requesting a refund at info@alaniiofficialonline.com and our customer care agent will get in contact with you. Alternatively you can call us on +92 333 3880086 from Monday to Saturday between 10:00 am - 6:00 pm (Pakistan Standard Time). Further, to proceed with the Refund against a purchase case, your purchase should be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
