Absolutely! We pride ourselves on authenticity. All our products are sourced directly from the designers themselves.
Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?
Yes, we provide COD for orders up to PKR 10,000 for online purchases. For orders exceeding PKR 10,000, we offer flexible payment options, allowing you to choose between partial or full payment, to best fit your needs.
What is your Refund & Exchange policy?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
We offer refund/exchange only incase the article delivered is damaged or is in wrong size. We do not offer refund/exchange for other reasons.
How soon we can get our products from Ready to ship?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after the confirmation. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.
